Dianne’s Beach House was just what we wanted and the entire stay exceeded our expectations. The location is perfect and there was plenty of room for my two adult children and two dogs. The house is charming and bright. The beds, linens and kitchen and baths were clean and comfortable. All appliances worked as they should. Every morning we sat on the porch, enjoyed the view of the expansive beach.The weather was warm and bright and every day we took long walks. Dianne what’s a perfect host that was very responsive and cordial when we communicated. We would definitely want to come back and stay here again! ##### Delbert A. I am from NC and have been coming to Folly Beach for years. I’ve stayed at numerous types of properties on the island. We wanted something cozy with our two kids that had beach front access. My kids loved the decorative sinks in their bathroom and their rooms. There is so much charm with all of the built ins throughout the house. It was absolutely perfect and exactly what we needed for a week. My husband is a fabulous cook and we like enjoying meals in a lot with two younger kids and the kitchen was fully stocked. I loved that the laundry was upstairs and easily accessible. My kids loved the direct access of the beach and enjoyed seashell finding and exploring through the day. I highly recommend this for an intimate family vacation that has instant access to restaurants, markets, and shops! The house was built in the 1930s and we appreciated the historic charm. Parking is easy, house is very private.
