A charming villa located in the heart of historic district of Charleston on a peaceful and quiet street. Private enclose beautifully landscaped courtyard. Minutes walk to the college of Charleston, Charleston's King Street culinary excellence, Meeting street restaurants, shopping, the arts and all the splendors of historic Downtown Charleston. The location is central and does not require a car, however, we have a private parking space (suited for regular sized vehicles-not large trucks) next to the private entrance. 400 sq. ft. garden patio, water fountain, wet bar, ice maker, & electric grill. This quaint fully furnished townhouse is an amazing setting for vacationing or remote work! Adults only. No children. No babies.
