The Space: Walk everywhere from this charming historic midtown home that is in Cannonborough, one of downtown’s hottest neighborhoods. Restaurants, coffee shops, yoga studios, shopping and 3 college campuses all within walking distance. And just a short drive to the pristine beaches of Sullivan’s Island and Isle of Palms!

This first-floor apartment is roughly 1400 square feet and is large enough for 4 people to easily enjoy but quite cozy if there’s only 2 of you!

The tree-lined street is quiet (which means you’ll have a great night’s sleep), but 4 blocks from King Street, where you’ll find the buzz of cafes, restaurants, galleries, shopping and vibrant night-life.

Unlike many downtown properties, this property comes with 2 off-street parking spaces. You’ll never have to stress about finding or paying for a place to park.

The kitchen is fully equipped for when your wallet needs a break from sampling all of Charleston’s world-class restaurants and bars. If you don’t want to brew up the Charleston roasted coffee that is provided for you, just meander across the street to 132 Spring Cafe (or other coffee shops) to enjoy local coffees and baked goods.

The large dining area is open to the living room and kitchen, perfect for family game nights or lingering after your home-cooked meals. We hope you enjoy the original artwork throughout the home, it is decorated with the owner's work and beautiful antique furnishings.

The two bedrooms are located towards the back for the unit with one king bed and one queen bed. The king room features an ensuite bathroom that also opens to the kitchen and also features a washer/dryer. There is also a full bath in the hall for the queen bedroom to use as well.

GUEST ACCESS

Guests will have exclusive access to the 1st floor of the building. Easily accessible and well lit for your safety.

You can pull 1-2 cars off the street and into a driveway, which makes packing and unpacking a breeze.
Guest Access: All guests staying with Stay Duvet have been granted access to The Wonderer Charleston for a fee.

This 2-acre private membership club nestled in downtown Charleston is a modern oasis
offering resort-style amenities and a Bali-Tulum-inspired atmosphere unparalleled on the
peninsula. The property includes a swimming pool, onsite eateries for breakfast, lunch,
dinner, trendy cocktails, and of course poolside cabanas! It also includes an indoor gym and
fitness studio with daily classes, a recovery room full of spa therapies, private

Super clean and lovely dwelling

While we weren't afforded the ability to park onsite (this became apparent as we pulled up to the home) as the brick driveway project was underway, alternatives were quickly provided to us by the owner and property manager. While not ideal, we managed. Upon request, we were provided more than fair compensation for this inconvenience.The owner, Rick, was concerned and caring- a class act.Overall, we had a great time and really enjoyed Rick and Carol's home as well as its location.Highly recommend!

A great house located close to downtown Charleston. The house was very cute with a lot of great touches. Much of the (excellent) artwork in the house was by the owner. That was a pleasant surprise. Everything we could need was provided. The beds were very comfortable. The house was immaculate. I don't know how the house could have been better.

Wonderful stay, perfect!

My daughter and I were so happy to have this wonderful flat for our girls weekend. It was perfect. Very comfortable, clean, spacious, well stocked kitchen, great products in the bathrooms. There was a plethora of information on things to do and all the restaurants in the area. Honestly, we could not have asked for more. The location was perfect. It was quiet, yet very closely to the heart of Charleston. My friend who lives in Charleston was also really impressed with it and will recommend it to any of her friends planning to come to Charleston. We will be back!

The apartment is exactly as shown. It was spotlessly clean, spacious, beautifully renovated & nicely laid out, with lovely artwork. The beds were comfy and so nice to sink into after a day of sightseeing around this beautiful city. We really appreciated the coffee provided. We didn't otherwise cook, but the kitchen was well-stocked & we could have if there weren't so many great restaurants nearby, which we explored with helpful info provided by the hosts. The location was perfect for us, very nice & very walkable, but quiet. Would definitely stay here again & highly recommend it.

An excellent size rental property for 2-6 people.
