The apartment had been given a facelift but some aspects were a little worn - as to be expected given age of most units in Charleston. We took advantage of the porch a few times too. My husband and I hurt our pinky toes kicking the bed frame as we were unpacking. It made it difficult to walk without limping, so be mindful of the king-sized bed frame if you stay in that room. Other than that, everything was true to the listing. It was great to unwind at the well appointed house in the quiet neighborhood. The beds were comfortable, water pressure and temperatures were great and porch was a nice little bonus to have coffee on. We loved the little Pinot and Provisions place around the corner on Rutledge, had breakfast at Holey City Bagels and some afternoon dessert from The Sugar Shop, both of which were on the opposite side of the street within steps of the house. Our teenage boys loved it and we were happy that they were happy. It is a little gem and definitely would like to stay there again. ##### Jan B.
