The description is a bit misleading, there is not dining for four. There is a small coffee table in the sitting room and a breakfast bar with two stools. Since there is no washer or dryer, towel racks or hooks in the bathroom need to be added. With four adults it was difficult to have a dry towel daily . When I emailed to share the problem, I was told that I was confusing those with palmetto bugs. A quick Google search shows that they are the exact same thing. Someone did come put roach motels in every room, but it was difficult to sleep, knowing there was an abundance of cockroaches. The online pictures made the place look really nice, but we didn’t have that feeling while there. I wish we would have gotten a hotel instead. ##### Kristen P. The apartment is super cute and located in a very convenient/walkable location to everything we had planned in Charleston and Folly Beach. We had a few issues with the upstairs tenants being loud late at night and double parking us (there is ample parking designated for each unit so shouldn’t have been an issue) but David was very quick to respond and help remedy the situation. The bedrooms are spacious and comfortable, the only thing we wished we had was a little bit of a larger common area/living room since space was limited in that regard, but over all we had a great time and would definitely stay here again! ##### Cassie S.
