You’ll enter the property through the home’s front entrance, where you’ll step into a foyer that feeds into the open living, dining, and kitchen. In the main living space, a comfortable seating area faces one of the home’s original fireplaces and a large flat screen TV. French doors line the wall from the living room into the kitchen, and open onto the first-floor piazza, a hallmark of Charleston architecture. Stepping into the adjacent kitchen, you’ll find a fully equipped space with stainless steel appliances as well as another original fireplace, centering this as the hearth of the home. The eat in kitchen also includes a dining table with seating for four. Head upstairs to find the space’s two bedrooms. The first bedroom includes a king-sized bed, exposed brick fireplace and an ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and claw foot bathtub. The second bedroom also features a king-sized bed, an ensuite with a clawfoot tub, and a vanity area, perfect for getting ready to hit the town. Both the first floor and second floor piazzas are for your private use and include dining and seating areas to make the most of Charleston’s lovely weather and offer a great space to plan out your day and evening activities.
