You will know you are in the South when you are greeted by 12 large palms, a live oak, and a large sycamore tree at the front of the property. The property consists of three rental units. Unit A which is the bottom floor of the historic house, Unit B (this listing) which is the top floor of the historic house, and Unit C which is the house in the back of the property. As you enter Unit B from your private, large porch, you will be stepping into the living room featuring a cathedral ceiling, original beams and fireplace, and historical hardwood flooring. The owner Miki was incredibly responsive, the booking process was easy and she answered all questions quickly. The home was exactly as advertised—very clean and well-maintained. The beds were comfortable and amenities provided were all in great condition. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a great place to stay in Charleston. Perfect for a group or family. The location is close to everything including bars, restaurants, shopping and amazing coffee shops.
