Nice neighborhood with lots of shops, restaurants and coffee shops nearby. 15-20 minute walk to historic district. Check in instructions were clear and easy to follow. It was difficult to find when we arrived in the dark, but once we did, we loved it. We came during the Christmas/New Year holiday, so the provided parking was super easy due to students being out of town. We were able to park right behind our building. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was spacious. You could technically walk to the historic sights and restaurants, but we drove down there because some of our group couldn’t walk that far and we didn’t feel comfortable walking back in the dark since we were a group of women. Multiple stairs to get into the rental. Kitchen was very small. Communication with the host was flawless! This property is not for the light sleepers, dogs, or babies the location was in a run down neighborhood next to a hospital with constant ambulance sirens and multiple helicopter(life flight) during our stay.
