This renovated villa consists of 2 bedrooms, 1 full bath with all the conveniences of home and beach chic decor. It has its own private fenced in back yard with outdoor shower. Private driveway and screen porch. There are two bedrooms, each room has plenty of light. One bedroom with a double bed. The other has a full size bed and a bunk bed. A renovated kitchen stocked with the essentials; stove, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, plates, cups, utensils, coffee maker, pots & pans and toaster. A washer, Dryer, Iron, Ironing Board, and Blow Dryer are also provided . Two beach cruiser bikes, and beach chairs. All linens and towels provided. Our home is conveniently located less than a mile from Shem Creek. We have shared our favorite places "Where the locals are" and all things Mt. Pleasant/ Charleston Sights, Bites and Family Fun. Need information on extra bike rentals, water taxi to downtown, all your baby gear, beach gear or even grocery needs that can be delivered let us know. We have all the information. It was very clean and perfect for a girls getaway. A little hard with one bathroom for 6 people but there is an outdoor shower that was great. We booked this vrbo for the proximity to the beach and downtown. We absolutely LOVED IT. One bathroom between four adults was manageable but considering we were out and about most of the time we didn’t really notice. Everything was clean and they had all the extras we didn’t even know we needed. Boogie board, beach chairs, a perfect outside backyard for hanging around and sipping on wine. They even mailed me something I left behind. Will DEFINITELY stay here again when I go back to Charleston. Excellent time! ##### diane r. It was conveniently located to local Mt Pleasant restaurants and bars and a quick ride over to downtown Charleston. We thought the house was well kept and very clean.
