They went above and beyond any VRBO I have ever booked . Had one issue with the internet, called them, they transferred me once to maintenance and the gentleman was so patient and told me exactly what to do to reset it . Honestly will not book anywhere in this area without using this management company . The house had extras of everything we needed and literally anything we needed was in a short walking distant . Super pet friendly! Do wish beautiful big yard was fenced due to my work situation with Helene . The beach being a two minute walk and the huge screened porch made us not really even need a fenced yard. It was not advertised with one so I still give it a 10 out of 10 and plan to stay at this house , again in the future❤️ ##### syna l. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our third year in a row to rent this property. The first year was for our son’s wedding and we found out that the property was “Pet Friendly”. Since our dog is truly apart of our family, we’ve been bringing the whole family each time! We trailer down our golf cart, park the truck and trailer, and go everywhere on the golf cart (one of our favorite things to do). The property is conveniently located and there is golf cart parking at the nearest beach entry...which is much less crowded. We like sitting on the screen-in porch, drinking coffee in the morning, and grilling something in the evening with a glass of wine. The living room is cozy and the kitchen and dining room has plenty of space for our entire family. We’ve recently decided to make Isle of Palms a “Family Tradition” each year and making Island Realty apart of our extended family! We look forward to our next visit! ##### Blake H.
