This house was perfect for my family & in-laws. House is a little dated but for price & proximity to the beach/bridge this didn’t bother us. Appliances all worked perfectly, kitchen well stocked, linens clean & comfortable, had everything we needed. Will definitely book again.

Perfect location and 🏡. Can not say enough about this management team. They went above and beyond any VRBO I have ever booked . Had one issue with the internet, called them, they transferred me once to maintenance and the gentleman was so patient and told me exactly what to do to reset it . Honestly will not book anywhere in this area without using this management company . The house had extras of everything we needed and literally anything we needed was in a short walking distant . Super pet friendly! Do wish beautiful big yard was fenced due to my work situation with Helene . The beach being a two minute walk and the huge screened porch made us not really even need a fenced yard. It was not advertised with one so I still give it a 10 out of 10 and plan to stay at this house , again in the future❤️

Great location, older than pictures reveal

The house was nice but is much older than it appears in the pictures. Deck view was blocked by two large trees and needs stain. If you are someone who needs cold air to sleep, do not rent this house. The first floor master has only one air vent and was significantly hotter than the rest of the house, even the adjoining bathroom. House was also the first beach house ever to not have beach chairs or equipment.

Great location!

This house was in a great location, only two blocks to the beach and 4 blocks from restaurants and shops. The end of the island this beach access is at makes it much less crowded than further down the beach where the public parking is located. The house is spacious and has a great porch to sit on! We enjoyed our stay very much.

Good value and great location!

We had a great time at Isle of Palms. This house is wonderfully located, just a couple blocks from the beach (with a matted beach access, which is nice), and walking distance to coffee and restaurants. It's a very short drive to the grocery store and more food options. The house needs some updates, but overall feels cozy and covers the basics. Only negatives is that there are 2 missing smoke alarms: one in the kitchen and the other in the bunk room. The mounts are there, but the alarms are gone. Hopefully Island Properties fixes that soon! You can also hear a bit of road noise, as you're right next to the connector. Overall, we were happy with the stay!

Great location and very functional beach house

My wife and I and our dog had a great week- spent time at the beach, enjoyed the house- the house was perfect for our needs- great tv room and good internet- had to leave 2 days early due to Hurricane Ian and potential for storm surge- did not receive any reimbursement for those 2 days.

Great location but musty inside house

The location was very convenient to beach and grocery store. But upon arrival at home, the house smelled very musty. We used 2 cans of Lysol on everything to get the smell out. There was also mold around ceiling vents. There was a rat running around in garage and a live roach crawled across couch in den one night. Despite that, my family still enjoyed the trip.

Location & layout

This home's location was fantastic -short walk to the beach and to town! Great neighborhood. The home's layout also worked very well for us...the family room was large and had ample seating, the master down was perfect. We ate at the dining table as well as played board games. We even used the grill which was a bonus. The downside was that we all felt the place was dingy and not very clean. If it wasn't for that (which is a big deal), we would certainly stay here again. Hopefully some simple updates (kitchen & bathrooms) and more intense cleaning focus for the future. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Graduation trip

The house was nice, but there was some cleanliness issues, entering the home. Stair railings and stairwells were coated in black dust and rubbed off on our clothing. I think the landscape crew or cleaning crew should have swept or blown the entries steps. and wiped down railings. WE had a wonderful time and it was very close to the beach and the little town is in walking distance. Overall a good place for our short weekend.

Great stay near the beach

This rental was great, and accommodated our family group of 8. It was plenty big, and mostly well equipped. There were only a couple of cereal spoons, and the house was only stocked with the initial roll of TP per bathroom, so pick some up on your way! Overall, we had a great stay!
