Isle of Palms home with pool, beach, shops, and restaurants all at your fingertips! This beautiful home comfortably sleeps 14, with 7 spacious bedrooms and 5 full bathrooms! Enjoy a private neighborhood pool. The Pavilion Place neighborhood pool is located directly behind the house and is shared with only six private homes. Walk to the beach; you are one block from beach access and from restaurants and shops on Front Beach! Front Beach is famous for it’s world-famous Windjammer, dozens of restaurants, ice cream shops, novelty stores, as well as events and festivals throughout the year. On the second level you will find a light filled great room with combination living room, dining room, and kitchen as well as two bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The two bedrooms are down a short hall located just off the kitchen. The queen bedroom has a private ensuite bathroom, while the second bedroom has a king with a shared (hall) bathroom. Each of these bedrooms include a TV with Roku. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances, granite counter-tops, and 2 breakfast bars with a total 8 bar stools. Just off the kitchen is a large dining table seating 8\. The living room is open and bright with a large flat screen TV, with plenty of comfortable seating for everyone! Off the living room is a covered deck, with table and chairs, take in the sea air. The third floor features 5 spacious bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms and a laundry center. All bedrooms have a TV with Roku (Xfinity/Comcast is the provider). This home has complimentary wireless high-speed internet and complimentary cable on the living room TV, all bedroom TVs are streaming (Roku). All bed linens, towels and starter kit/ toiletries are included. 1 towel set per person is provided. Beach towels and beach chairs are not provided but are available through local Beach Chair and Umbrella Rentals. \*\*\*\* Starter kits/toiletries include small dish soap, small dishwasher detergent, 1-2 kitchen trash bags, 1 roll of paper towels, TP in each bathroom, starter size shampoo, conditioner, lotion, cleansing bar. Living room was cozy and comfy with nice furniture and clean. Cons: Not great sound barrier between the two floors so the downstairs can hear very doorstep and bed creak in the room above, but nothing a sound machine can’t fix. drier was very noisy but worked fine and maintenance said they’d take a look. Reviewer Comments: STUNNING location. super quick walk to the beach, the main drag of IOP, etc. I will say, the house definitely shows it's been abused by renters (we noticed small holes in the walls, broken toilet paper holders, worn out mattresses, etc. That being said, the price I think more than makes up for that (we had 10 of us staying here so it was super affordable for a girls beach trip). For the Property Management company - we did get quite a few emails/texts during our stay (automated I think) and it really would have been nice to not have those pings during our vacation, just for what it's worth! I also think alot of stress could be avoided by just emailing guests a passcode to the house door vs having them come into the office to get the code and then come back to the office at the end of your stay to drop off a signed piece of paper (personally, I feel virtually having everything done is always easier for guests/hosts). Overall, would absolutely recommend to anyone but wanted to be thorough in my review! ##### Jenny H. The house location/proximity to the beach, coffee shops, restaurants & bars is fantastic. You can even hear the bands from The Windjammer if you're outside. What needs some focus/help is the kitchen area.....very few kitchen items to work with when putting together meals....nothing that a quick Target run by the owner couldn't fix:) Additionally, the pool light wasn't on the entire time we were there. I reached out and was told that was an HOA issue, not rental company issue. I understand the response, but it's not helpful to us renters. I would've expected the rental company to get with the HOA to have it handled. There are no posted times anywhere for the pool, so it would be assumed that you could use it after dark. Kids love the pool. But once the sun sets at 8:30pm, it's unsafe. This needs correcting. What can't be directly fixed is the lack of 'hang space' for adults.
