Isle of Palms home with pool, beach, shops, and restaurants all at your fingertips! This beautiful home comfortably sleeps 14, with 7 spacious bedrooms and 5 full bathrooms! Enjoy a private neighborhood pool. The Pavilion Place neighborhood pool is located directly behind the house and is shared with only six private homes. Walk to the beach; you are one block from beach access and from restaurants and shops on Front Beach! Front Beach is famous for it’s world-famous Windjammer, dozens of restaurants, ice cream shops, novelty stores, as well as events and festivals throughout the year. On the second level you will find a light filled great room with combination living room, dining room, and kitchen as well as two bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The two bedrooms are down a short hall located just off the kitchen. The queen bedroom has a private ensuite bathroom, while the second bedroom has a king with a shared (hall) bathroom. Each of these bedrooms include a TV with Roku. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances, granite counter-tops, and 2 breakfast bars with a total 8 bar stools. Just off the kitchen is a large dining table seating 8\. The living room is open and bright with a large flat screen TV, with plenty of comfortable seating for everyone! Off the living room is a covered deck, with table and chairs, take in the sea air. The third floor features 5 spacious bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms and a laundry center. All bedrooms have a TV with Roku (Xfinity/Comcast is the provider). This home has complimentary wireless high-speed internet and complimentary cable on the living room TV, all bedroom TVs are streaming (Roku). All bed linens, towels and starter kit/ toiletries are included. 1 towel set per person is provided. Beach towels and beach chairs are not provided but are available through local Beach Chair and Umbrella Rentals. \*\*\*\* Starter kits/toiletries include small dish soap, small dishwasher detergent, 1-2 kitchen trash bags, 1 roll of paper towels, TP in each bathroom, starter size shampoo, conditioner, lotion, cleansing bar. Lots of things we really loved. However, we were disappointed we were not given a few extra towels. Also, when we vacation we like to cook and eat in. We were walking distance to the beach as well as food. Plus catching a ride with Uber was very simple! The property was spacious for our group which was made up of married couples and single friends. We each had our own space and never felt on top of each other. We opted to eat at the house most meals so we brought our own food. The kitchen has items to cook, but we did end up washing a lot of dishes to be ready for the next meal. So if you plan on cooking you may want to come prepared. Every room was clean and there were appliances/glassware available for usage. The shared pool was great when we took beach breaks and each time we had the pool to ourselves. Amazing location. This is an ideal location for walking, biking or taking a golf cart to the beach/shops/restaurants. Slept 3 families easily. Allowed early check in - property managers communicated promptly. Just an FYI there are no beach towels and they were strict on the 10am check out which is very early and can be challenging. ##### Dana G. Plenty of room and beds in the house. Bare bones without any extras- 1 towel per bed, no beach chairs, towels, umbrellas, salt and pepper etc. Definitely more a rental company run vibe than family run. Rental company didn't answer phone calls or vrbo msg prior to arrival, had to text to get response. Was not as clean as expected (sand on floor when checked in, cigarette butts all over the driveway and a few on the way up the entrance stairs, a lot of pots and pans needed to be washed before using, bathroom rugs hadn't been cleaned). Overall though was very affordable for the area and we had a nice time! Would book again, just not luxury. ##### Lauren H.
