The Oceanview Condo building has an elevator, outdoor pool (not heated), private beach access walkway, covered garage parking, a propane grill to cook out, and plenty more. Open concept living - dining - kitchen space with updated furnishings Private balcony/patio overlooking the pool and The Atlantic Ocean Bedroom 1 - King bed with balcony access and ensuite bathroom Bedroom 2 - Queen bed Bedroom 3 - 2 Twin Beds Bedroom 2 and 3 share a Jack and Jill bathroom. There is a full size sleeper sofa in the living room. 1700 Sq Ft Linens / Toiletries - All bed linens, kitchen towels and bath towels are provided for your convenience. Also included is a "starter set" of toiletries such as toilet paper, bath & dish soaps, shampoo & conditioner, paper towels, etc. but please keep in mind you will most likely need to purchase these items after your initial arrival. Parking - A maximum of 2 vehicles can be parked at this property. Elevator - There is an ADA compliant elevator that services all floors of Oceanview condos. While you are close to bars with live music, at 10 PM noise ordinance of the city means you are not up all night- and we were able to enjoy live music while sitting on our deck, looking at the ocean for free! The location was super convenient and the condo was as advertised. After reading some reviews, I was a little worried about the noise from Cocunut Joes but it turned out to be a source of entertainment for us and really wasn't very loud, especially inside.
