This picture-perfect home features an open floor plan, allowing maximum gathering space for everyone between the living room, dining and kitchen areas. Sand Serenity features over 5,400 square feet of living area which doesn’t even include the expansive oceanfront decks and outdoor entertaining areas. The oceanfront infinity pool and integrated spa (heatable for an additional fee) measures 35’ x 17’ and offers that perfect escape after a long day on the sand. Oceanfront outdoor summer kitchen with bar area and even a pool table that is also a ping pong table \*See Disclaimer\* is the absolute perfect place to wind down in the evenings. Five bedrooms feature king beds and one of the king rooms has a twin bed, for a child that doesn't want to enjoy the bunk room. Twp of these King bedrooms is on the first floor, the rest are on the second floor of the home. The sixth generous bedroom is an impressive bunk room for all the kids with two twin-over-twin bunks and one twin-over-full bunk as well as a large open area for plenty of play space. The two upstairs primary bedrooms feature private access to the upper deck and sweeping ocean views as far as the eye can see and two very impressive primary bathrooms. This is the second time we’ve stayed at this home. We rarely return to the same property more than once, so that says something about how much we enjoy it. The location is perfect. Three families stayed together. This home is ideal for that. The only negative to us is the heat on the pool/spa. It was very temperamental and we had a difficult time getting it to consistently work. For the amount we spent on it that was disappointing. The home is starting to show some age and could use some minor updates. Several things that were broken three years ago are still broken. But overall we would highly recommend! No one wanted to leave when our week was over. Our six children and five grandchildren really enjoyed the home, pool and beach. It was so easy to go from the beach to the pool with any one of the grandchildren. We had a few minor issues and the property manager was very responsive and was at the house within fifteen minutes. We rented umbrellas and chairs which was a huge help when bringing the kids to the beach. The house was clean and every bedroom had a bathroom! We had so many issues with the home and the agency was useless. Our biggest issue was the lack of a/c in the upstairs. Every morning the a/c broke down and was inoperable and then would mysteriously come back on late in the evening. We have two young children who would have to nap and go to bed in 80 degree temperatures. The agency was fully aware of the situation and did not fix the problem until the day we left. In addition to the a/c, the fan in the upstairs master bedroom was broken, the main dishwasher was broken and the tv in a guest room was inoperable. Again, the rental agency did nothing. The home was not cleaned well and we found random items throughout the home left by previous visitors. Overall it was not a good experience. On the positive side, the home is located near town (next to public beach access) and has a beautiful view. On face value it’s pretty and has a good layout. I wouldn’t recommend it for younger kids due to the lack of gates and brightness of rooms but it could work for older kids. ##### Haley T. The kitchen is very well stocked. One of the dishwashers was broke when we arrived Saturday but it was replaced by Tuesday and the management company kept us updated the whole time. The house is in the perfect area to walk to restaurants and shops. The kids (and adults!) loved the heated pool. The only downside are the jets are turned off in the spa. That view can't be beat and I am missing it so much right now. ##### Wendi L. We reserved this BEAUTIFUL home for our family vacation, and it was close to perfect! The small ones loved the heated pool and the adults enjoyed the hot tub.
