If you are looking for space and comfort in a vacation rental home, then look no further! This is your Island Oasis on the beautiful beachside of the Isle of Palms. With 8 bedrooms, each with a private bath, this spectacular oceanfront home will accommodate up to 19 of your family and friends comfortably. Beautifully decorated and well-appointed, this luxurious home sits on the banks of the Atlantic Ocean offering some of the most amazing ocean views on the island! A private pool and abundant pool deck seating offer a relaxing retreat for adults and hours of enjoyment for the children.  
  
The first floor offers an expansive main area with a great ocean view from the living room, kitchen, and dining room. The living room consists of generous, comfortable seating, large TV, and a gas fireplace. The huge kitchen will attract everyone who enjoys gathering around for meal preparation! The large island offers seating for 4 along with a convection cooktop. Also included are stainless steel side-by-side refrigerator, ice maker, Jenn-Air convection double wall ovens, 2 microwaves, and 2 dishwashers. Plus another refrigerator around the corner in the pantry. The dining room has a table with seating for 8 and a separate breakfast table for 4.  
There are 2 guest bedrooms on the first floor, each with a queen bed and private bath with a tub/shower combo and single sink vanity.  
The media room offers an oasis to enjoy the big game with an awesome ocean view! Relax in 2 comfortable sofas in front of the huge flat-panel TV!  
The second floor features 6 more bedrooms! The primary suite, with an ocean view and King bed, offers a flat panel TV, gas fireplace, and access to the 2nd-floor porch. The private primary bath consists of a whirlpool tub and walk-in, tiled shower.  
Two guest bedrooms on this floor have a King bed, Twin sleeper chair, TV, and ocean views! Each has direct access to the 2nd-floor porch and a private full bath with a tub/shower combo. Two more guest bedrooms, one with a Queen bed and one with a King bed each, and private access to the 2nd-floor front porch. Each of these bedrooms has a private full bath with a tub/shower combo. The last guest bedroom consists of a Twin bed and a Double bed and access to the 2nd-floor front porch. This bedroom also features a full bath with a tub/shower combo and pedestal sink.

In lieu of a security deposit, a Damage Protection Policy is added to protect you up to $3,000.00 of damages during your stay.  
Travel Insurance:  
Management Company offers travel insurance to all of their guests through Rental Guardian. Rental Guardian specialty is Vacation Rental Industry. Travel Insurance covers you in the occurrence of a possible natural disaster threat to our area, medical emergencies, loss of a family member, loss of job, etc. The cost is about 7% of your rental cost plus taxes and fees. Please email for the exact cost. It is highly recommended to purchase travel insurance through the Management Company. Once the reservation is made the Management Company can add the Rental Guardian policy to your reservation.  
If Travel Insurance is purchased through VRBO/Homeaway (CSA-Homeaway policy) their policy does not cover any delays or interruption of a stay, especially if a natural disaster occurs, such as Hurricane. Management Company will not be able to refund any monies or move your reservation.
