The first deck is on the second level, off the large master suite. Relax and enjoy a morning cup of joe or sit and view the sunset from this awesome rooftop spot. On clear days you can see all the way to Morris Island lighthouse and Folly River. The second porch, on the main floor of the home, is a comfortable, fully screened area with full ocean views, the perfect spot for an ocean side meal. The last oceanfront deck is on the ground level, steps to the ocean and the best spot on the island for sunbathing, sand play or hitting the waves. Ample ocean side seating and beachfront dining table will ensure you and your guests the perfect opportunity to view passing dolphin pods. 1 Summer has been fully updated for the season, cleaned and pristine and awaiting your arrival. Enjoy dinner ocean side at our huge dining table which comfortably seats 8\. Prepare meals in the fully stocked and updated kitchen, complete with brand new appliances. When you need a break from the sun, or find a stormy day, relax and unwind on the comfy couches, one of which is a queen size pull out couch, watch a movie or listen to music on our Wi-Fi enabled sound bar. Towards the rear of the first floor are two bedrooms, and the laundry room with brand new washer and dryer. The first bedroom houses a queen size bed with a huge walk-in closet. This bedroom has a fully updated shower/tub combo en suite bathroom. The second first floor bedroom has three beds, a queen size bed, and a built-in full over full bunk bed. This bedroom has yet another beautiful spacious bathroom with a walk in tile shower. The second floor of Summers Folly contains an amazing master suite. It was perfect! Starting with the realtor - who was fantastic from the second we booked. They were so gracious and attentive with all of our questions. The house - is just beautiful! This is our second trip back to Folly Beach and this time we spent the entire time at the house rather than sight seeing (due to current COVID conditions). It was the perfect house for that. So well stocked! (Better than any other house we’ve rented), super comfortable, beautifully decorated, so much to do with volleyball court, cornhole, sandtoys etc., and so many gorgeous places to enjoy meals and listen to the sounds of the ocean. We spent a great week in this home with our adult kids, their spouses, and our two young granddaughters. The 4-year-old was thrilled with the upper bunk, and that room was perfect for a family although it lacked storage. We spent a lot of time outside, of course, and on the screened deck. Who can resist the beach right outside your door! My husband and I loved the master suite and it's deck. From booking to check in, to a needed a/c service call - everything was handled easily, quickly, and professionally. Great stay!! ##### Tom T. This was an incredible "new" experience for us all and such a gift. I could not have designed a nicer situation, setting, or home for us. Thank you for sharing it. Séjour de 7 nuits en mars 2019 ### 6/10 – Acceptable #### Trevor P. 13 août 2018 #### Lovely house, but not without a bug issue The pros: This was a lovely house; perfect for three adults trying to have their own bedrooms and own bathrooms. The kitchen was well appointed. The screened in porch was a big plus. The deck and oceanfront access provided multiple options for areas to soak up the sun. Plenty of entertainment options for nights in or for outdoor play when not on the beach. Even the soaps provided in the bathrooms were nice. The major con: We were disappointed to have to deal with a bug issue during our stay, despite our keeping the place clean and reaching out to the management company about this very issue in advance of our trip. Even though it was eventually resolved, three of our nights were ruined because of bugs.
