Great location on IOP - walkable to restaurants and shop, and the grocery store is less than a mile away. The amenities were great as well. We rented bikes and rode every morning. Room sizes and placement are perfect and private. We didn’t hear a peep out of 3 grown boys. It was clean, but the floors need a really good deep clean since our feet were black from walking barefoot. Nice large balcony with 2nd floor view was phenomenal. The condo was clean and spacious to accommodate all of us which includes my mother who is in a wheelchair, my nephew who has CP, and our 2 small dogs. The ocean view is spectacular and my mom can see it from the deck without leaving the condo. We love it here and keep extending our vacation days spent here each year. The staff is very friendly and helpful and Sean even offered to help load my mom as we were leaving today. I can’t recommend this property and staff enough and we always consider it a perfect vacation when we stay there. We will booking again next year for the 4th year in a row. 😊 ##### Janice F.
