Beach is private to the resort and the pool area is big and welcoming! The Crows nest is a very nice touch as well! There are a couple of items that need attention within the unit itself- One of the towel bars was broken, the shades in several rooms need replacing or repairing, and the clean towels were wet when we arrived. The listing also states no beach gear, so we purchased some which was unnecessary because there was beach gear on the patio. It was confusing as it is listed in the Guide & within the app and that none would be provided. We found the unit D301 to be clean, nicely decorated and had everything we needed. Being on the third floor was not an issue with the convenience of the elevator.
