The hotel room was crawling with dozens of roaches. We originally requested a new room but that room was infested as well. The staff was accommodating and issued a refund. But the place was disgusting

This hotel appears to be used by many contractors with work trucks spend a little more money and stay somewhere else...

This hotel is outdated, dirty, noisy and poorly kept. On the bright side, all of the staff were incredibly friendly and the pool is very nice.

GREAT stay
We stayed in No Charleston for a local one-night event. NOTHING WHATSOEVER to 'complain' about accommodations!!!!!! We had one glitch with the event we were to attend and the staff at the motel were MORE than willing to go out of their way to help us, which was WAY beyond their job descriptions.

Cheap price for a reason...pests
I picked the hotel due to its proximity to the airport and price. The room’s price wasn’t dirt cheap, but it was cheaper than the surrounding hotels. The staff was pleasant. I can say that. The issue with the room was the roaches. I didn’t notice any when I came in. I went to be and and woke up in the middle of the night to use the bathroom. That’s when I saw them. Roaches in the sink and toilet areas. . As I looked around the room, I noticed a lot of work needed to be done to improve the condition of the room. Many of those repairs (like caulking gaps) could help prevent the roach intrusion. I won’t stay there again.

Nice but need to be more cared about
It's fine but not very sharp. Pain gets out of walls at some places. Any rooms are not in the condition as they should be. For example phone wasn't connected. Night stand clock was behind the night stand on the floor. The room looked liked cleaned mess but still mess. People staying there are not from a high class either, very noisy and so.

Not the best
Not the greatest hotel stay. The tv reception was grainy. I asked for another pillow because the one they had on the bed was small and they said they didn’t have any spares. We also kept getting pot and cigarette smoke lifting through the vents periodically. On a plus note, when we checked in I noticed that the top lock was severely damaged and they did come fix it quickly.

Easy access
This hotel was right off the highway, it’s lovation is in a great spot when it comes to eating and the tanger outlets. Only on down fall was it is near a airport and I didn’t think about how low a airplane would be when flying over our hotel, lol but as of that it was a convenient place to stay on our little vacation.

Not a good experience at all
The room stunk so bad of mold and cigarettes. There was this gross water damaged above one of the beds. Walked around the room barefoot for and the bottom s of my feet were black.

Nothing was terrible, but nothing was amazing either. The biggest problem honestly is that the walls to the outside were very thin, so we heard other patrons and the staff as well.

Don’t do it
If you book through a third party they will put you in a in-house rooms. And check you in before you arrive so they won’t have to do the paperwork too late. When we arrived to the room we made sure there were no bugs because from the looks of it how can we not. Even if this was a last hotel left I would still prefer my car. Not worth the money.

Well below standard hotel room.
Initial room appeared to have a cigarette burn in the mattress, which had apparently been doused with water and covered by the fitted sheet —- wet mattress wasn’t noticed until I climbed into bed. Asked to move to another room but none were available. Solution: put a towel and extra sheet over the wet spot! Also, room did not have a hair dryer and the cover to the smoke detector was missing. When finally moved to another room, it was better, but the toilet wobbled, and the shower drain was blocked up —- nothing like taking a shower in ankle- deep water. So, overall, not a good experience at this hotel.

The customer service is excellent and welcoming. The room was fine and the beds were comfortable. Only one tiny bottle of shampoo and a little piece of soap provided. Room could use a good deep clean. Coffee pot was stained and dirty.

I traveled with my family to see my son, who lives 10 minutes from de HOTEL, We requested no smoking room. when we arrived was an somoking room, we asked to be changed to another room, finally after few arguments they gave us another one, still some smoking odor.they didi not clean the room properly, they did not provide with the towels that we needed, and the worse part, one day did not make the bed, we called the person in charged on showed her the condition of the room, plus they took a gallon of water that we bought we have 2 , we decided no to let them clean , and we made are beds and requested to the front desk the towels. was a really a bad experience.

For the most desperate people only
I’ll just make a list: •There were multiple instance where bugs roamed the room. •The room smelled strongly of pot. •Bathroom wasn’t clean. •Door constantly jammed •We were woken up 1 hour prior to check out by room service coming inside •Walls were so thin I could clearly here all conversations in adjoining rooms. •Windows were disgusting •Cats roam the property of the hotel • TV was old and barely worked Told the staff we had bugs and they only gave a 25% discount

We loved this place!
We loved the payed back atmosphere. Staff was friendly and even called after we left to make sure we had a good experience. The game room was a plus and they had a small movie theater with free popcorn. The pool was in the center of the courtyard so it was easy to keep an eye on the kids from the room. We will definitely be back! Ty

Best experince was the good breakfast, But still without eggs. Worse experiemce was the terrible worn out sunkin bed. Tv always lost its chanels. Have to get the tv reprogramed 3 times in a 4 nite stay.

Bare bones
More of what others have said. A no frills place to crash for a short time. Room was old but clean. The real annoyance were the loud inconsiderate families who like to stand directly outside your door and have a 20 min conversation or scream at their kids. This place gets lots of contractor types. That said, I'd look.elsewhere for quieter accomodations.

Good location and the staff is great. Regular hotel, carpet was clean and bathroom also. It smelled weird, maybe the Ac was not working well and smells like dust. It also needs bed comforters but overall for a night it's ok

Not sure if I’d go back.
The check in process was nagative and the front desk attendants were rude. I did get a call the next day from a manager who apologized and stated he would speak with them. The property was old. The linens were not fresh looking and very wrinkled. I didn’t stay for long (like 4 hours) had to catch an early flight. Slept fine. WiFi worked great. I was alone (not that they knew it) but I was in the furthest room in the back corner. I asked for a closer room, they declined. The size of the room was nice though.

Smoke detector broken, room was not serviced until day 3 out of a 5 night stay. King size mattress looked like a taco shell because it sank so in the middle. Loud noises coming from the parking lot.

Desk clerk in lobby was lovely. Lobby was newly revovated. Then the room... Live roaches in room and bathroom. Crusted dirt on carpet around walls. Coffee pot had not been cleaned.Sheets patched and stained. Not all the electrical worked. Unacceptable on all levels. Moved to another hotel.

Nice!
I think you get what you expect for the price, which isn’t too extravagant or too poor. The hotel is right off of a busy highway, so my boyfriend and I were woken up by sirens and loud cars earlier on in the morning. The facilities were okay. Everything seemed clean and if you’re just looking for a place to stay a few nights I think this is nice unless you’re picky. Showers had hot water and they had breakfast.

Nasty, I don't recommend
The room was nasty, phone didn't work, hasn't been vacuumed or dusted in forever. Sheets stained, roaches infested, coffee pot dirty...not a pleasant stay. In a positive view..we didn't have any security issues. My family and I were in town for a funeral and obligated to stay here because the city was sold out ( at a cost of $113.99 for a night)....never again.

I liked being close to airport. The staff was very nice the whole time. When I went to the room I was disappointed. The bathroom counter & toilet had damage & I wondered if even clean. I took my disinfectant wipes & wiped- no dirt came off, so I guess it was just damaged counter & toilet.

We paid 115.00 for one night. When we got there, they advertised 70.00 per night and said that was some day rate for local workers. Which is a total lie, and false advertisement. The hair dryer didn’t work, in fact the entire plug for the dryer didn’t work and must have been shorted out. The bathroom curtains didn’t cover the entire tub so water went everywhere, and the bathroom door didn’t close, there were cigarette holes in the sheets, zero accessible plugs for a charger or electricity, one shampoo bottle the size of a mini for two adults, the tv was broken and had lines and you can hear everything outside. The army base must be nearby because it felt like planes were going through your room. I would NOT recommend this hotel at all. The only positives were the woman who checked me in was nice and friendly and the “continental breakfast” was ok. Only consisted of waffles or pastries/yogurt/cereal. The bed was comfortable. I guess it was my fault that i didn’t check the reviews prior to booking. I would not recommend this hotel, it is not a good deal. We should have stayed at the motel 6 for a better room.

Room not ready. Lobby smelled of urine. Staff were aweful. Men’s bathroom clogged overflowing toilet with poop smeared on walls. Gal at front desk was not at all friendly. We canceled this registration after seeing condition of bathroom
