Really comfy beds and plenty of linens! We had everything we need for our stay! We could walk a few blocks to King Street, which was nice. Quite a long walk though if you are going all the way down to the market and the battery. There were people staying above us but it was not noisy at all. I think precious reviewers may have had kids above, which would make it a lot noisier. We loved our little patio and had cocktails and such before our evening out! We had a great time staying at Guesthouse Charleston (105A)! The location was perfect for exploring downtown Charleston for the weekend and the living room and kitchen area actually felt bigger in real life than it looked in the photos. The bathrooms were all really nice and it was great to have a bathroom with every bedroom. The space was very clean and well decorated, but it was very beat up which while didn't impact our experience was something I didn't expect based on the images. Communication with the management company was very easy as well! Only two negatives were:- Noise from the unit on the 2nd floor was VERY loud. It wasn't a major issue as were staying up late, but if you have young kids or plan to go to bed early it would be a nuisance - 3 of the 4 bedrooms look directly at a concrete wall only about 1ft from the window so there is no natural light at all. I could tell this for 2 of the 4 from the photos but didn't realize it would be 3 of the bedrooms. ##### Caroline S. In the it’s bedroom on the left, the closet door comes off the track & the toilet in that room continues to run. Pictures on VRBO were different from in person. No coffee table in the living room There was also a homeless person sleeping on the outdoor couch 2 nights. Check your camera. A little disturbing. ##### Patty D.
