Ready for a relaxing getaway with easy access to a private beach in a comfortable villa surrounded by palmetto trees, live oak trees and a peaceful lagoon? The Charburgh Yacht Club is located at the heart of the Wild Dunes Resort's, a 7 minute breezy walk to the beach, a 5 minute walk to Coastal Provisions restaurant within the Boardwalk Inn and a 5 minute walk to the Wild Dunes Harbor Golf Course. Tucked away on a corner unit within the Racquet Club Villas community, The Charburgh Yacht Club provides its guests with streams of natural light & soothing outdoor views through the home's many windows. One of our favorite perks of this wonderful villa is sitting on the private balcony off of the living room and listening to the sounds of coastal breezes blowing through the palmetto & live oak trees surrounding the villa as well as the chirping cicadas, birds and other wildlife situated around the lagoon behind the home. Another fabulous perk is the home's newly renovated kitchen with white cabinets and granite counters. Come, getaway from it all and experience this wonderful villa for yourself! The Charburgh Yacht Club is perfect for a couple's romantic getaway, a friends' get-together or a small family vacation.

Guests enter The Charburgh Yacht Club by walking up the exterior stairs to the front door. Upon entering the villa, you will find the dining room that leads to the kitchen, living room and staircase to the upper floors. You can access the private outdoor balcony with outdoor dining table & a seating area through the sliding glass doors in the living room. Walk up the interior staircase to access both bedrooms and bathrooms. The guest bedroom with two twin beds and a bathroom are located 1/2 level up from the ground floor. The master bedroom is located on the home's second floor. There is a full-sized washing machine and dryer tucked away behind the kitchen. Off-street parking on the driveway for a maximum of 2 cars is included in the rental rate.

The Charburgh Yacht Club is tucked away in a very quiet neighborhood. Please be mindful of the residential character of the home during your stay.

Very nice condo. It was very clean, comfy beds and everything was in working order. The home was a short walk to the beach/resort. It was also an easy drive to many area attractions. Loved seeing the turtles and the baby alligator. Lots of walking/biking trails.

Terrific experience ! Would definitely stay here again! Condo was very clean and well maintained. It seemed like you were staying at a friends home, rather than a rental. Easy walking distance to tennis, pool, beach and bike rentals. Our group included 2 adults and 2 teenagers and everyone enjoyed having their own space. Appreciated the complimentary bottle of wine and snacks waiting for us upon arrival. Great communication whenever we had a question. Excellent hosts and highly recommend The Charburgh Yacht Club at Wild Dunes!

I really enjoyed the stay here. We were looking for a place that was quite and peaceful within short walking distances to options for food as well as other sitting areas to just share ideas for future planning while enjoying the space. This condo itself was perfect for such a planning retreat with a large kitchen table and a living space for relaxing conversation. We were also close enough to the beach for a few relaxing walks. We wanted a spot that was close to everything, but off the beaten path just enough to stay focused on our planning agenda. We would absolutely stay here again for the same purpose!

The property is perfect for a family of 3-4 who wants to enjoy a few days away at the beach. The house has a big Master Bedroom with a king bed and the 2nd bedroom is just down a small flight of stairs with two single beds. Both bedrooms along with the living area has Roku smart tvs which was perfect for our family as we use Roku at home. The beach is a quick 5 minute walk and my son and I took advantage of the two boogie boards in the closet. The area is very quiet and relaxed which is what we were looking for to get away. The waves at high tide are perfect to body surf. Communication was steady throughout the booking process and prior to our stay. The owners also checked on us during our stay and provided check out procedures. The house is a short drive to Patriots Point where we toured the USS Yorktown and took a ferry to Fort Sumpter. We stayed the last two nights in Charleston but we agreed we should have stayed longer at the beach house. Like I said this is a great duplex for a small family to enjoy.

Beautiful home, very clean, quiet little area. I love that it is in a gated community!There is a park for kids also within walking distance. The owners are very responsive to messages. We didn’t have any problems with the house(our messages were sent due to my child being clumsy). The beach was very uncrowded during our stay!

The condo is located inside a gated community and tucked along a quiet, beautiful lagoon. Short 5-minute walk with easy access to the beach. The inside was spacious yet cozy. Very clean. Both bedrooms had an attached private bath which was perfect for our group. Our overall experience was excellent, and we would recommend this condo to anyone visiting the Isle of Palms.

I only gave 3 stars for check in because the lady at the main gate was not very professional. This was no fault of the owners and not a big issue. Just make sure to give your name on the reservation to the gate personnel. Overall the property is as described and very clean. Close to the beach and 30 mins from Charleston. We cooked several meals in the well stocked kitchen. I loved the back patio where I could sit with my coffee and enjoy the bird life and other creatures like deer and a Racoon! The owners were great at communicating and left us a little welcome gift! Thank you! We had a lovely vacation here with our adult daughters.

The property is in a very good location - an easy 5 minute walk to the beach, and overlooking the tennis centre on one side and a quiet lagoon on the other. Nice terrace. We used IOPbeachchairs for our days on the beach - we suggest booking equipment a couple of days before to ensure availability.

We absolutely loved this place! It felt like a home away from home. The location is amazing! We loved having the tennis courts right by, and a 5 minute walk to the beach was awesome! We went over Spring Break, and it was a very quaint area…not crowded at all! The condo was very clean and accommodating for our family. We hope to stay here again!
