A short walk to the beach - I highly recommend hiring one of the beach chair services to set up your chairs/umbrella. The screened porch was wonderful. We sat out there in the morning to drink coffee and in the evening for a cocktail. Our only complaint was the furniture. It's time for an upgrade. The mattress on the bed is thin and not at all comfortable - the pillows need to be replaced as well. Same with the sofa - it's old and not very comfortable. Over all unit clutter , and needs a revamp/update . its sad you pay this much for a quick getaway and your you wished you stay in a hotel instead .
