Just park your vehicle and plan on walking...that is how close to center city this location is. I would describe this propery as a studio...Perfect for a couple...it has all of the comforts of home. The communication with the property manager was excellent. This location is certainly a place we would come back to. ##### Ned M. The space was very clean and came with absolutely everything you need for a very comfortable stay. The bed was comfy, the bathroom was spacious, and the shower was wonderful. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the gadgets and appliances you might need. The location was absolutely perfect. You are literally right in the middle of the historic downtown area and not even 2 minutes away from restaurants and a grocery store. Parking was a breeze, and I now understand how important that is! If all of that isn't enough, the communication with the staff was out of this world. They were a text message away, very responsive, and best of all, I felt like a valued guest during the entirety of our stay. If we find ourselves back in Charleston, and I hope we do, we will definitely be staying here again. ##### Joann G. The unit was so cute, clean and updated. It was walking distance to the location of my event, restaurants and boutiques. I would definitely stay here again! ##### Staci P. Cute upstairs apartment with a porch to hang out on and enjoy being outside but out of the elements. It rained a lot when we were there so the porch was great. We were a two minute walk to the beach and an easy bike ride or walk to the village. The place was clean and neat and pretty well equipped plus lots of towels. The customer service was excellent. The office staff was responsive and very helpful when we had a question or needed something. Our car battery died and AAA was of no help so I contacted the office and the manager came out quickly and jumped the battery. He was super friendly. We were so grateful for his help.
