Welcome to our newly renovated 2-bedroom, 1.5-bath home in Charleston, SC—an island oasis in the heart of Edgewater Park, surrounded by water and just a block from the shore. Perfectly located, you’re only 10 minutes from vibrant downtown Charleston, 15 minutes from the airport, and 30 minutes from pristine beaches. Whether you're here for history, relaxation, or adventure, this home is your ideal base.

This stylish, fully updated home offers a bright and airy vibe with modern amenities and thoughtful touches. The open-concept living area features a cozy queen pullout sofa bed, perfect for lounging or hosting extra guests. The kitchen is equipped with brand-new appliances, ideal for preparing meals or enjoying takeout from local eateries.  
Bedroom 1: Two full beds, perfect for families or friends.  
Bedroom 2: A comfortable queen bed for a restful night's sleep.
