Low Tide at Spring Harbor is in the popular Cannonborough neighborhood, this first-floor duplex unit is perfect for groups of friends or families. It features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, sleeps up to 7 guests, and includes a private porch for relaxing outdoors. Whether you’re entertaining or unwinding after a day in the city, this property offers a warm and welcoming retreat in the heart of Charleston.  
  
The Space:  
  
This unit sleeps up to 7 guests: 2 in each of the bedrooms (3 bedrooms total) and 1 on the twin rollaway bed. The primary bedroom contains a king-sized bed and the two additional bedrooms contain queen-sized beds. Boasting a private porch and a short trip to historic King Street this property has everything you need!   
  
Off-street parking for one car included.

The culinary scene for which Charleston has become so famous is just steps away. The fantastic restaurants and nightlife of Upper King Street are close enough to walk (King Street is 6 blocks away) but far enough not to keep you up all night.

Getting Around:  
  
The DASH trolley is free in Charleston. There are 3 routes, and two of the routes have stops just 3 blocks from this property. More information can be found with the route map on the DASH website.

Parking was secure, however it was a tight fit as we were on a Ford F250\. We did manage to get it tucked out of the way but a smaller vehicle would be easier to maneuver. Home was clean and safe!

We booked this house for a birthday celebration for my sister & I. The house had cute decor & was clean. The beds were comfortable. The location was great for a weekend stay. We liked that there was a resteraunt walkable for our first night in. We had a fun trip & enjoyed exploring the Charleston area. One downside was there were 4 women staying in the upper unit. They woke up early & sounded like a herd of buffaloes getting ready to go out. There were sound units provided in each room to mitigate noise, but nothing would drown out the heavy feet upstairs. Having a digital keycode was convenient but as the door jamb is old & temperamental, I had to be very careful the door actually locked when going out. A porch light would have been nice for security & being able to see the keypad to enter the code. (I ended up using my phone).Overall it was a nice place to stay.

The house was very clean but needs a lot of work like moldings, walls, toilet, ceilings, stains, broken appliances, etc. The house manager was very efficient, communicative, and polite.The listing does not mention the dangerous huge bump in the living/kitchen area. Not safe at all for certain peoples abilities.

The management company was amazing and very responsive any time I had a question. I would recommend the property based on that experience alone. The property was not super clean but it's a rental and not my home, so to be expected. Management was willing to remedy any request.

Our stay was excellent at this VRBO. The property was clean and reflected photos on the website. The proximity to King St. and other locations was very convenient and easy to get from one place to the other.

The property is in a nice area, very conveniently located near the down town area. The host was very responsive and we greatly appreciated the timely answers to all of our questions. The property was very clean and everything was as listed.

#### Not very quiet place

The unit was very clean!! All your bath towels was very neatly in the bedrooms. It had a very old city look to the unit to match the city. Check in was very easy. Publix is close to the unit to get the items we need for a week. The king bedroom is the closest to the road. You hear people walking down the road and talking. Traffic going down the road all night long. Trash pick up is twice a week at 4:30 am. The restaurant beside the unit has delivery service in the morning. That room is not very quiet at ALL. If you have renters on the second floor you hear them walking and can even hear what they are talking about most of the time. Tv in living room is ok signal comes and goes. The chair in the living room looks like it will break at anytime. Two kitchen chairs are very weak and was afraid to sit in them. One chair on porch is coming apart so I had to sit to one side. The tv has three remotes and takes a few to figure out how to use them not just one universal remote. We did have a issue with master bathroom toilet and emailed them about the problem never received a reply.

we had trouble getting in the property the first night, then there was a terrible smell- once alerted the management company sent someone out but the smell did not improve quickly and we were not communicated with about the actions taken. the location was fantastic. and the living space was very comfortable. the water pressure left something to be desired.

#### Girls Getaway

The place was very clean and comfortable. We only stayed 2 nights and were out all day, so basically only slept there. We did not prepare any food, so can't review on any kitchen items. The property is near a hospital, so some siren/helicopter noises in the evening, but seemed quiet durin the middle of the night. The only complaints were the beds were noisy and the water pressure was very light in the shower. We did not use the public transportation, but a bus stop is nearby.

#### College/City Tour

We stayed at Low Tide while we took our daughter to tour College of Charleston. The property was perfect for our visit. Walking distance to COC & coffee shops. Plenty of restaurants & boutiques to walk to. Parking was awesome for my large SUV. Was a bonus to have 2 full bathrooms. Hope to stay there again soon.

Owner seems to have tried to upgrade amenities, but not customer service. Everything is "somewhat", as in the blinds don't fit the windows, the traffic noise & street lights are not diminished by the window treatments, the floors could be much cleaner (we know, we wear white socks), the fridge door opens backwards to the outside wall, the porch railings are precarious. Owner was not available during our stay. Be careful when you book. Our first VRBO was awesome. This one, not so much.
