Recently renovated 2 bedroom Parkside Villa with a view. Come relax and stay on the beautiful Kiawah Island. Nestled in between the famed Sanctuary hotel and Night Heron Park, this villa allows for a short walk to the beach along with being centrally located on the island. With 10 miles of beaches, world class golf including The Ocean Course, which hosted the 2021 PGA Championship, and 5 star resort to take advantage of there is something for everyone here at Kiawah Island.

This is a second floor unit with vaulted ceilings and beautiful lagoon views. Recently renovated and updated to bring this unit into the 21st century. Three flat screen TVs, YouTube TV, all major streaming services available(with personal subscription), HBO Max, 1 Gigabyte of high speed internet, deck and screened porch are just a few of the amenities. The living room has a 55" 4k TV. Yale Keyless Smart lock for easy entry and exit. This villa is a .24 mile walk to beach access at boardwalk #22. A great view for a great vacation!

This is a non-smoking property that includes parking adjacent to the building, 24-hour security, air conditioning, internet, fully equipped kitchen, a washer and dryer, starter supply of paper towels, clean bath towels, a hand towel and a face towel (x4) as well as a starter pack of toilet paper! There are 4 beach chairs along with a portable cooler and a Bluetooth speaker that are available to all guests which make the transition from home to relaxation just a little easier.

* If you plan to use the washer and dryer, detergent pods will not be provided therefore be prepared to bring this item*
One of the beauties of Kiawah is the natural and abundance of wildlife on the island. From Egrets, jumping fish in the lagoons, deer, bobcats, and of course alligators. Please remember these are large animals and stay away from lagoon edges and please avoid feeding these amazing animals.

A favorable Trip

The property was just as the pictures described and was clean and inviting. Checking in was easy and we enjoyed our stay. The only issue was the comfortability of the bed mattress, they were hard to sleep on.

Pond view get away

I enjoyed the peaceful area of this property as well as the central location to the trails. It was not as close to the beach as I would have liked. I did miss having a hairdryer available too. The blinds on the windows were hard and dysfunctional. Windows were dingy and needed to be cleaned and made the place also feel dingy. Repairs to a bathroom vent were in progress during our stay which left debris on the floor and counter..

Perfect location

Villa location is perfect, quiet, nice stroll to beach, and use of bike/ walking paths. The unit has a charming weather worn on the outside but everything is sufficient on the inside. We had a very relaxing stay.

Nice condo overlooking a lagoon. Everything was spotlessly cleaned, the beds were comfortable, and shower pressure was great. Loved both the deck and covered porch for evenings. The 2nd bedroom has a bathroom door that goes to the hallway and the bedroom which was very nice.

Perfect for the marathon

We were in town for the Kiawah marathon. Close to the shuttle and nice and quiet for the weekend I did try and communicate with the home owner before ref a menial ? But got no response Only issue I would say was a large cockroach inside the rental near the dining room which freaked me out

Our passes at gate were not called in, good location, bathroom had hair on floor n shower, cabinet door in kitchen half on, cabinet knobs missing in kitchen, nice decor but truly needs some TLC!!! Cameron was prompt in his responses. This could easily be a 5 star unit when it gets some cleaning n fixing accomplished.

If I could give more stars I would! First off I have so say Cameron was so helpful with giving us info of local companies and things to do without even asking. He responded quickly. His place was BEYOND neat and clean which was an absolute blessing. His place was so cute and bigger in person it seemed. We all were very happy with our stay and would recommend his place over and over again! Thank you so much Cameron!
