Welcome to our eco-friendly, DOWNSTAIRS chic 1BR/1.5 BA retreat on James Island! Just 10 mins to Folly Beach, 5 mins to golf, and 15 mins to downtown Charleston. Nearby, enjoy a historic theater, diverse bars, eateries, and a 300+ acre park. Relax w/ high-speed WiFi, Smart TV, a stocked kitchen, fresh linens, and premium bath essentials. Perfect for a weekend or extended stay. No pets!  
  
This home is its own unit in a triplex, which is downstairs. None of the amenities are shared between guests.
