Aug 5, 2023 Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, listing accuracy Disliked: Communication #### Charleston stay The listing is beautiful and you can tell the care and thought the owners have taken to make the place what it is. Parking is a tight squeeze and difficult to get in and out as there are often cones blocking the access road. Had an issue where our door closed and we were locked out. Had to wait two and half hours for someone to come and let us in. We called four times and each time they would tell us they would be there in 15 minutes, but not show up. ##### Sara C.
