Renovated and located in the popular Cannonborough neighborhood this property is ideal for a group of friends or family, boasting private porches on each floor and a short trip to historic King Street. The Space: The property is a duplex (two units included in this listing) that contains 6 bedrooms total. Each primary bedroom contains a king-sized bed and every other bedroom contains a queen-sized bed. One of the suites has a full-size pull out couch and the other has a twin rollaway bed. INCLUDED WITH EACH STAY: Complimentary coffee, cream, sugar, to-go cups Paper products (toilet paper, paper towels) Shampoo/conditioner/soap Dish/laundry detergents Hair dryer/iron/ironing board Towels/bed linens Extra blankets and pillows Basic cooking/kitchenware/bakeware After these initial supplies run out, we do not offer additional supplies. The Neighborhood: Only 6 blocks from King St 2 blocks from the Medical University of South Carolina 5 blocks to CofC Campus 20 minutes from any of the local beaches (Folly Beach, Sullivans Island, Isle of Palms) The condo is 6 blocks from the restaurants and nightlife of Upper King Street. Charleston's famous culinary scene is just steps away, with many celebrated restaurants just around the corner. Getting Around: The DASH trolley is free in Charleston. There are 3 routes, and two of the routes have stops just 3 blocks from this property. More information can be found with the route map on the DASH website. Other Things to Note: Pet policy: As much as we love the four-legged members of your family, we do not allow pets at this property. Any sign of pets will incur additional fees starting at $500\. No smoking is allowed. Violators will be fined for in-room smoke damages. Smoking is only permitted outside of the property at least 10 feet away please. Please note that there is a noise ordinance in this neighborhood after 11pm daily, so if you are enjoying yourself please take the party inside and be considerate of the neighbors. It was clean, well maintained and more than adequately equipped with any supply/item we could need. All the beds were very comfortable and the location was close to every place we needed/wanted to be. There were only 2 minor difficulties we experienced during our stay. The TV system was extremely complicated and while we only wanted to watch local news to monitor the weather we could never figure it out. I might suggest written step by step instructions left in the unit. The second was not having enough towels for 5 young ladies. It appears management only provides one towel per person so you may want to pack extra. Other than this 2 minor issues everything was perfect. I highly recommend a stay here. ##### Linda J. Condos definitely located on a busy party street and first night there a drunken young person keep banging on windows and doors trying to get in. That, I realize, has nothing to do with the property but was pretty disturbing. The location to King street was great and parking was good. Mar 22, 2019 #### Perfect spot for a group The place is in a nice location with a Deli right next door and parking behind the house that's easily accessible. House is clean, simple and comfy. Josh was extremely helpful in things around town and was quick to respond to any questions. If you've got a decent size group..pick this one. ##### Kevin D.
