House was very clean, which was a big deal to us. Hosts were very clear in instructions, which was appreciated. There was definitely nighttime traffic around the house, but the hosts provided sound machines which helped. The three bedroom unit was very well appointed and the community courtyard was a great plus. The weather allowed us to use both our covered porch as well as the courtyard sitting area. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked with all the necessities. Location was truly one block off King, a plus. The location was the best and we could walk everywhere. The Palms was spacious, nicely decorated and had everything we could possibly need for a great stay. The outdoor area was beautiful. We stayed with our two teenage sons and their grandparents and we all had plenty of room.
