The Space: Let the adventures begin in our lovely first-floor stay, offering 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom - perfect for groups/families of up to four people + 1 furry friend. Our pet-friendly space ensures everyone can join the fun. On-site parking is available, so finding a spot is a breeze!

🚪 As you step inside through the bright red front door, you'll enter the warm atmosphere of our open-concept living area. Kick back and relax after a day of adventures with a movie/show on the HD flatscreen TV.

🍽️ Head into the combined kitchen/dining space, fully stocked with basic cooking/kitchenware for preparing the perfect meal. Share your culinary creations at the 4-top dining table with additional seating for two at the bartop.

🛏️ Both bedrooms, the master with a plush king-size bed and the second with a comfortable queen-size bed, are located down the hall from the common areas. Ample storage space and charming accents complete the vibe.

🛌 Airbed available upon request. Must be notified 24 hours before check-in.

🛁 A full bathroom in the hallway, equipped with toiletry necessities and black makeup towels, serves both rooms. A convenient laundry space with a full washer/dryer set is right off the kitchen.

🌳 Enjoy exclusive access to the entire first floor, a private backyard, and a dedicated driveway with room for 2 vehicles. Please note that this home has multiple units, and someone could be staying upstairs during your visit.

We partner with an off site resort called The Wonderer which is located in Downtown Charleston, a short drive away. Any guests staying in our home who are 25+ are able to visit The Wonderer!

*There is a strict age policy, no one under the age of 21 will be permitted on the campus due to the presence of alcohol (including the pool). Special permission needs to be given by The Wonderer for anyone between the ages of 21 - 25.*
