We also enjoyed the access to the fishing pier and ability to walk up Ocean Blvd to some great restaurants. Though we didn't use the pool it was nice to have available. The unit itself was adequate. My main concern was that there was no place to put groceries. All the cabinets were full. Also keep in mind that this is a 2nd story unit so you will have to carry everything up and down. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family had a great time on our vacation. It is awesome to be so close to the beach. There are also some great restaurants close by. We have stayed on the island several times at different locations. For the needs of quick access to the beach this was nice. It’s an older building so the noise on the room above was heard even into the late hours of the night. So that was annoying but the walls are thin. ##### robyn w.
