We had plenty of space, including a lovely outdoor area in the back, and two porches. The house was clean and well-kept overall. The location is convenient to upper King St (about a 10 minute walk) and to the rest of the peninsula (15-30 minute walk depending on where you're going). The owner, Rebecca, was very accessible via text and she was very accommodating for our request for a later checkout time. It was nice to have a lockbox for the key outside that anyone in our party could access at anytime. The house is furnished nicely with modern furniture. The beds were comfortable and the bedding felt like upscale hotel linens. A few of the towels had some small orange stains on them, but they were just small stains, everything was clearly freshly laundered. There was a nice coffee maker that grinds whole beans fresh, so we had a great cup of coffee in the morning because coffee beans were included. The location was great. It was less than a 15 minute walk to Meeting Street and King Street for shopping and bars. It was also easy to get an Uber or Lyft anywhere when we didn’t feel like walking. ##### Brenna G.
