Completed in July of 2018, these rentals offer something that most downtown rentals cannot. Stocked with a full kitchen and linens, you can\`t beat what this rental has to offer! Perfect for couples or traveling professionals! The space is situated in Sanctuary Court off of Spring street in Downtown Charleston. There are 7 additional unit in the complex that are also available to book. There will be a guide book waiting in your suite that can answer most questions about the unit itself and provide our favorite dining recommendations, but don’t hesitate to reach out if you have any questions before you arrive! My only suggestion is they get darker blinds for the living room. The lights from the street are very bright at night. Lots of cute spots nearby - and a quick uber to everywhere else we wanted to explore. The house had everything we needed! Basically everything you would need for a stay. It was nice to have so many little restaurants in walking distance.Areas of improvement: The other furniture was nice looking but not very comfortable and starting to show signs of age. Same with some of the bowls/cups. Could use a refresh of furniture, particularly the couch since it's the primary seating.
