With its prime location, you'll have easy access to the city's finest shopping, dining, and entertainment venues. This property is a Duplex, so there is also the ability to rent it as whole house. This does NOT apply to families. This unit is fully licensed and legal with the City of Charleston under STR Operational Permit OP2025-05895 and Business License BL037391-05-2024. Guest Access: Each of our vacation rentals is accessed by a keyless door code for ease of entry, and allows for a zero-interaction check-in/check-out process. Bathroom sink was backed up.I recommend getting some playing cards or games. Couch is uncomfortable, sorry, I hate adding that but it was. More staples in the kitchen would be nice. You can also hear everything going on outside so 2 am can be a little loud. I am sure the people partying are good with that but we're not. It is only a couple of blocks away from all of the restaurants and shopping on King Street. The condo was very clean, and the communication with the property manager was great. The neighborhood was very loud during our stay, since we visited over Halloween weekend. I would recommend installing weather stripping at the bottom of the exterior doors to help with outside noise and insects. Otherwise the condo was perfect for our group of 4 adults. ##### Jana H.
