The Space: 1 King Master Bedroom with doors to the piazza 2 Queen Guest Bedrooms, one with doors to the piazza, 1 Sofabed room with doors that convert to a bedroom, doors to the piazza 1 LARGE Bathroom with shower - note tub is non-functional Second floor is 800 open space: 1 King Bed, 2 Twin Beds, a Queen Bed. 1 Bathroom Kitchen is large with seating for 14+ Washer/Dryer Extra-large piazza porch space with seating for 14+ Per the official City of Charleston Short Term Rental ordinance, the property must NOT be occupied by "more than four (4) unrelated people". This does NOT apply to families. Sofa bed available upon request. It is not included in the official bed count and is not advertised as a sleeping area. Getting Around: You can walk anywhere and everywhere in Charleston, but just in case, here is a list of the top transportation services: The DASH trolley is free in Charleston. There are 3 routes, and two of the routes have stops just blocks from this property. More information can be found with the route map on the DASH website. Only complaint is privacy issues in some of the bedrooms and bathroom. The doors are glass paneled and have a sheer white curtain that is see through. We put towels up for privacy. The main bathroom has a glass panel that you can see in especially at nighttime. Also put a towel up for privacy. Minor complaint. Would definitely go back and stay again. ##### Mike N.
