While thoughtfully modernized for contemporary living, it beautifully preserves the charm of its origins, featuring original hardwood floors and classic window panes. The host was able to accommodate us for an early check in and their communication was top notch. The house was beautiful and very clean! The bedrooms were large and having two bathrooms was a definite plus. The location was perfect for us, as it was far enough away from the hustle and bustle, but close enough to get to local attractions easily (there is a DASH stop a short walk away). Be cautioned, there is a rental unit downstairs and you can definitely hear some of the noise from there and from outside passerby’s. However, this is to be expected in an older home and the host graciously provided noise machines and box fans to help block that out for sleeping. We would definitely stay here again if we are ever back in the area! ##### Shelly D.
