The Neighborhood: Right in the heart of the Historic district, we're located just South of the Intersection of King and Society Street. Everything is in walking distance, including the College of Charleston campus, museums and carriage tours, dining, shopping and sightseeing are all within a few short blocks away in any direction of our location. Getting Around: Aside from walking, pedicabs are another great way to get around the historic district from our location. They are able to pick you up right from our curb, just give them a quick call. Other Things to Note: An elevator is available in this location, so getting up and down the flights of stairs is very easy. Our rooms are located on the 2nd and 3rd floors. Interaction with Guests: Our staff is available 7days a week from 8AM until 8PM. Apartment was close and walking distance to everything we wanted to do.Our friends said the noise on the street at night woke them but we use white noise and did not hear a thing. The apartment was exceptionally clean and had everything we needed. I brought a hair dryer because i didn’t see it in the listing information but there were hairdryers in both bathrooms. The condo was right downtown on the peninsula, King Street. So we could walk to almost anything. This is the biggest benefit but with one caveat. With convenience comes downtown noise if one is sensitive to that. 3:30 am dump trucks, street sweepers, other trucks, loud cars and motorcycles along with people having a blast outside your window. Aside from the noise (which the rental company has no control over obviously), the condo was great and we had a great time in Charleston. ##### Pete H.
