We would love to host you and your dogs! Newly renovated Yard with grass and patio. Close to everything but tucked under a canopy of trees, chirping birds and squirrels, you feel like you are in a Bird House! Clean and simple 2-bedroom, pet-friendly guest suite with private access, fenced in yard & Hottub! Cozy space minutes to downtown, beaches, and the airport. New shared heated pool available for your use! The inside space consists of 2 bedrooms, hallway, kitchenette, bathroom and shared laundry room. There is no inside living room space but we have worked hard to make the screened deck as comfortable as possible for year-round enjoyment NOTE: This is a pet friendly unit. We have a thorough cleaning company who cleans after each guest but sometimes dog hairs may be present or a general dog odor (we do not use harsh chemical fragrant sprays). If you are averse to all things pets... this is not the unit for you! The screened in deck has a tall ceiling to keep air flow going but bugs and rain out. There is a fan, outdoor propane heater and gas fire table to keep you warm in the winter. There is a full-size futon (great for afternoon naps!) and couch seating to watch some TV while also being outside. We have many nice days in Charleston and the deck is great for outdoor living! in addition, you have a private fenced yard, inflatable 4 person Hottub, dining set and outdoor shower to enjoy. Your yard is separated from ours with a 6ft vinyl privacy fence. Kitchenette includes a mini refrigerator with freezer, kitchen sink, microwave, air fryer, nugget ice machine, toaster, blender, electric hot plate and cooking pot/utensils. Keurig and French press included with coffee and creamer. This is NOT a full kitchen so if you plan to make a lot of cooked meals here this listing is probably not the best for you. You're welcome to grill meals outside when it's nice out! There is a brand new 3 burner chargriller griddle grill. Each room is equipped with a portable fan, ceiling fan, sound machine, full length mirror and TV connected to Roku and WIFI. Both rooms have a desk, chair and mirror for remote work or getting ready to go out. There is a twin blow up mattress and plenty of extra pillows and blankets should you need it. Full bathroom with tub and shower. Lots of towels and natural/fragrance free toiletries for you to use! Enjoy the outdoor shower after the beach and the inflatable hottub on a cool evening under the string lights Note : this is a guest suite that is attached to my home. the Floorplan is such that we can't really hear one another but wanted to reiterate. no parties allowed. The highlight of the trip was an early morning couples massage while a gentle rain fell on the tin roof of the outdoor screened in porch. Her place is centrally located, very pet friendly and easy driving distance to downtown Charleston and surrounding areas. Also very close to Folly Beach and Bowens Island. We absolutely loved the screened in porch and hot tub! So relaxing and peaceful! The flowers and painted fence were so pretty as well. The property was well stocked and convenient to restaurants and activities. We didn’t bring our pet but it was very well equipped if we had chosen to. The location was nice. It was close to the beach and Charleston. The only things that would keep me from coming back are the pressure of the shower, it was way too intense and the tub didn’t drain quick enough. Only separated by an adjoining door. Just my personal preference but I prefer a separate space. The porch is nice but be aware it is the only place to sit and socialize. Inside the home is only bedrooms, bathroom, shared laundry and the tiny kitchen. Evening drinks on the patio were quite chilly even with the heaters on. Would be a great space especially in the warm weather. Mildew smell when you walk in. Kitchen area is very small. Really only enough space to cook single meals or toast and coffee. ##### kathy L.
