It has recently been renovated and is fully furnished. Master bedroom has a new Personal Comfort a queen adjustable mattress with dual zones. A 32" tv, dresser, chair and closet. Second bedroom has new twin day bed with a pullout raising trundle. This Comfy unit includes cable tv, internet, washer/dryer, dishwasher, central heat/air with ceiling fans in living and bedrooms. Dany’s house was clean and welcoming. Lots of little extras like chocolates on the pillows and extra hair ties in the bathroom. I thought we would be a little closer to the down town area but that was because I didn’t do enough research. But there was easy parking and it was only a short drive to the hustle and bustle of Charleston shops, restaurants and art. We had a super great time! ##### Kate M.
