We have tried to think of everything you will need while you are on vacation. Here's what people say they love most about the home:

• Adirondack chairs and picnic table in the quiet backyard
• Ping pong table, foosball table, cornhole and plenty of board games!
• Great location close to neighborhood bars and restaurants
• Dual living areas or 4th bedroom utilizing pull out sofa

The living room and all bedrooms come equipped with a Roku smart TVs ready for you to sign into your favorite apps! The living room also features a 4k HD digital antenna with all the network channels set up and ready. The master bedroom features a extra comfy KING memory foam mattress, smart TV and USB charging ports in the bedside lamps! You'll also find 2 more bedrooms with queen memory foam mattresses, smart TVs and high-quality bedding. We supply extra plush towels and luxury Gilchrist & Soames brand soap, shampoo, conditioner and lotion. In the dining room you'll find a large table that can seat 8! The fully stocked kitchen has everything you will need to cook your favorite meals. We also supply a Keurig coffee maker and a few assorted pods. The lower den area has a very comfortable pull out sofa and the room can be completely closed off creating a 4th bedroom! In the garage make sure to enjoy the ping pong, foosball table and cornhole boards! The washer and dryer are also located in the garage.
Guest access
Guest have full access to the home except for the owner's closet in lower Den area and utility shed in backyard.

Please note there is a motion camera next to the garage door and next to the front door that can record any motion in their fields of view.

Great location, not clean.

This house was the perfect location. Could get anywhere wishing 15-20 minutes. Neighborhood was nice. The house was not very clean. Beds, sheets, and towels were clean. But the floor was dirty. Specifically the bathroom. Floor boards were very dusty and floor was just gross. The entire place could just use a good clean job. Scrub the floors and floor boards and it would make a huge difference. Overall the house did the job. Also every single picture in the house was crooked.

Absolutely no contact/response from host after booking: I reached out within an 30mins. of checking in about several issues/notes, & multiple other times during our stay regarding lack of cleanliness, safety hazards: decaying/water-warped floor in the kitchen, as evidenced by uneven flooring, multiple “spongy” spots, as well water leaking from cabinets & kitchen return/hood through electrical components, multiple wasps nests, etc. without a single response from the host the entirety of our stay. Lack of cleanliness: Counters in the kitchen & bathroom, stovetop, inside refrigerator, all had dirt/debris from previous guest. There was sand in the bed of the master bedroom upon arrival, leading me to believe that they were not clean. There was open/half-eaten food found inside the dresser of the master. Burnt or water-warped floor in bedroom. A rusted & black-molded vent in the restroom over the toilet that drips on guests & the floor. Other issues: Wall panels in the loft area have evidence of water damage/warping. A blind in the middle living room window was broken prior to our arrival. The fixture/framing in the hallway leading to the bedrooms was cracked/broken prior to our arrival. I documented each of the issues & also documented my attempts at reaching out to the host, as well as their complete lack of response/acknowledgment. If proof is required I can provide it. Very unsatisfied. Please contact me regarding resolution options. Thanks, Jordyn
