I stayed here with my 2 sisters for a long weekend and it was exactly what we needed. There are 3 units on the property with a super cute shared courtyard. The location is super close to King Street bars, restaurants and shopping which we loved. It can be a little noisy at night, but they had sound machines which was a really nice touch, and it didn’t really bother us. Would definitely come back! ##### Tory D. As before, everything was great. Tom and Hannah are the perfect hosts. They have thought of everything, down to the sound machines in the bedrooms. The location is convenient to most things that Charleston has to offer. Only caveat is there are a lot of stairs, so be aware if that would be a cause of concern for individuals with more limited mobility. The rooms were beautiful and everything was so convenient. My favorite part of the stay was the extremely comfortable beds and bedding. I literally looked at the tags to find the brand name. It was heaven! It was close and convenient to dining and everything was walkable. We highly recommend Mario’s Italian Ristorante, Hall’s Chophouse, Jenni’s Ice Cream and Callie’s Hot Little Biscuit all on King Street. Another great location for a unique dining experience was R.Kitchen located on Rutledge St. Only slight downside was traffic noise on one side of unit. ##### Bryan H. The reason for my three star ⭐️⭐️⭐️ rating is because of the noise. The listing said there was noise because of construction, but I wish they would have also stated that the bedroom with the king size bed faced a rooftop nightclub. Between the noise of the club, well past midnight, and the couple next door to us either shagging or snoring loudly, it didn’t make for a decent night’s sleep.
