As before, everything was great. Tom and Hannah are the perfect hosts. They have thought of everything, down to the sound machines in the bedrooms. The location is convenient to most things that Charleston has to offer. Only caveat is there are a lot of stairs, so be aware if that would be a cause of concern for individuals with more limited mobility. My favorite part of the stay was the extremely comfortable beds and bedding. I literally looked at the tags to find the brand name. It was heaven! It was close and convenient to dining and everything was walkable. We highly recommend Mario’s Italian Ristorante, Hall’s Chophouse, Jenni’s Ice Cream and Callie’s Hot Little Biscuit all on King Street. Another great location for a unique dining experience was R.Kitchen located on Rutledge St. Only slight downside was traffic noise on one side of unit. ##### Bryan H. The reason for my three star ⭐️⭐️⭐️ rating is because of the noise. The listing said there was noise because of construction, but I wish they would have also stated that the bedroom with the king size bed faced a rooftop nightclub. Between the noise of the club, well past midnight, and the couple next door to us either shagging or snoring loudly, it didn’t make for a decent night’s sleep. Dec 17, 2022 Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy #### Perfect stay at The Palms of Charleston My husband and I stayed in unit B at The Palms of Charleston from 12/2 to 12/9/22\. Tom and Hannah are amazing hosts. The unit is beautifully appointed and immaculate. They really did think of everything down to white noise sound machines in the bedrooms to anything/everything you could possibly need in the kitchen (that said, with all the awesome restaurants in Charleston, we really only made coffee and reheated leftovers). The access to Netflix and other services was a very welcome diversion when we got back late in the evening (so much to do in Charleston!). The Palms is ideally situated - one street away from King and two off of Meeting. We really couldn't ask for anything more and will definitely stay there in the future.
