Everything you need, really nicely decorated- with a parking spot. It is not exactly in the center of the action but we could walk everywhere. It was perfect for us. Check-in process and communication with property manager was easy and prompt, respectively. The available parking lot right next to the property was incredibly convenient. For those with mobility issues, please note even though this is a ground unit, there were 5 steps inside the building to get to the actual unit (the nurse in me just feels the need to mention that). There is a washer and dryer available in the unit for private use; this is always one of our favorite features when renting a property for several days. The one slight issue is the small vanity so if you need to lay things out you might need to get ready in the kitchen or the additional bedroom. Kitchen was clean and refreshing which opened up to living area. Did not realize the kitchen closest had access to the hallway, so if that is unlocked someone might have access to the apartment without going through the main door. A major plus is the parking space that comes along with the rental. Very walkable to restaurants within the area & cafes. Great sandwich shop across the street. Close to major hwy so if you are traveling to tourist attractions you’ll miss getting caught up in city traffic. Well worth the stay. ##### douglas o.
