It was very well appointed and clean on arrival. If you can't stand squeaking floors, then it's not the place for you. While the house was old, the owners have it set up with Wi-Fi as well as two modern Smart TVs. The beds in each room were comfortable and there would be enough space for two families of 4 with small children. House is located in an area close to downtown and easy access to the highway to get to the state parks in the area and other attractions in the area. There are a couple of nice restaurants within walking distance as well as a Walgreens to get basic groceries and other necessities. We enjoyed our stay! ##### Anne K. As soon as we entered I fell in love and felt right at home! The attention to detail in the decor was lovely! We enjoyed our time very much in the home, it was great to have so many rooms for my bridesmaids, and my friends were able to bring their baby and had a great space for their family in the basement. The only problem we had was parking, with so many of us coming and going, it was hard to communicate to everyone that they couldn’t park directly in front of the house, but I hope we were able to get the message across to most of our group! There was good parking next to the house so if you only have a couple cars that won’t be a problem at all. Sarah was a great, communicative host, and lovely to work with. ##### Ashley P.
