For more historic exploring, the famous Downtown Charleston is only a 25 - minute car ride, which offers endless fine dining, shopping, historical sites, and more. Feet: 1305 Notes You must be at least 25 Years old to rent this home. Contactless Check-In: This home offers a keyless entry system, and we will provide the code before your arrival date. Free parking is available with parking passes for 2 vehicles. Per HOA guidelines RV's, golf cart's and any other recreational vehicles are not allowed to be parked on the property. The community pool is open April-October (exact dates can vary depending on weather). Grills are not allowed, and no community grill is on site. 2 elevators are available in the building. While we manage this property, we do not manage the maintenance of this building which includes the elevator. The presence of an elevator does not indicate that the home is ADA compliant. We do not provide beach equipment, but anything available at the property is yours to use. Check-in time: 4 pm. Check-out time: 10 am. The Folly Beach noise ordinance is from 10 pm to 8 am. No pets allowed. Emotional support animals, comfort animals, and therapy dogs are not service animals under Title II and Title III of the ADA and are not allowed in properties unless specifically designated in writing as “pets considered” and approved by our office. No smoking is allowed in or outside of the condo. House parties, weddings, functions, events, bands, DJs, etc., are prohibited. The occupancy can be at most 7 people at any time during your stay. We require 50% payment at the time of booking. The remaining 50% of your balance will be due 30 days before the check-in date, and we will run the card on file. Bookings within 30 days of your arrival date require full payment at the time of booking. 12 miles to Downtown Charleston. 22 miles to Charleston Airport. This property is located near Downtown Folly Beach, close to all of the restaurants and nightlife. Normally quiet hours start at 10pm, but are extended to 11pm on weekends. The key fobs weren’t working so we couldn’t get through the gate. However, the property manager was incredibly helpful and got us in very quickly. Everything was very clean and we had all the necessities to get us started. The view was perfect. We liked being on the first floor because we were close to the stairs which allowed us to carry our things up or down instead of waiting on the elevator. We have stayed at Charleston Villas many times and this was our favorite so far. The accommodations were awesome and the view from the balcony was awesomer. This was my first time staying somewhere with an ocean view. The cost was worth every penny. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this condo in Folly Beach. The communication with management was fantastic. The condo was very clean, comfortable, well stocked and even better than it appeared on the listing. The location was perfect even though the weather did not cooperate during our stay (brrrr!). We walked to town each day, enjoyed the gorgeous ocean scenery, had fun with the board games that were provided and listened to the waves as we went to sleep. Aug 31, 2023 #### Outstanding One complaint was only having one key fob for the 3 of us to share. Definitely could have used two. Some bugs in kitchen area but otherwise this was a lovely place to stay. Decor was tastefully done and beach views great! Conveniently located to Charleston, just a 20 minute drive!
