• Optional trip insurance is available through Rental Guardian—we recommend it, especially during hurricane season (June–November)
• Check-In 4:00 p.m. / Check-Out 11:00 a.m.
• 50% of Total Balance Due at Booking; Final Balance Due 30 Days Prior to Arrival
• If you are Booking within 30 days of your arrival, 100% is due at the time of Booking
• Family-friendly (No parties or events allowed)
• Strict 10:00 p.m. noise ordinance enforced by the City of Folly Beach; Violations will result in fines
• No smoking

• Pool Heating Fee $75/Night
• Early Check-in $50/hour / Late Check-out $25/hour (subject to availability)
