It had the charm of a Charleston home, but modern updates. We had plenty of room for a family of 5\. It was VERY CLEAN, which I really appreciated and check in and check out was appreciated that we could just use the given code and not have to go anywhere else. There is use of a concierge service as well, which is nice. We walked into town easily and also drove to some restaurants that were a little farther with ease. We drove to Isle of Palms several times and LOVED it! It was only about 30 minutes away and it was so easy to get there and spend the day. We also drove to Folly Beach to catch the sunset and enjoy dinner one evening for a change of scenery (only about 15 minutes). One other thing: small, but so appreciated. This house is on a busy street near a fire station so lots going on at all hours. Concierge service was extremely helpful and answered all questions and concerns in a timely manner. They also allowed us to park our other 2 cars close by as only 1 spot is provided for 9 people.
