The house is adorable and clean. Plenty of space for 2-4 people. Great neighborhood, a bit of a hike to the market area but so many fabulous dining options within 2-3 blocks. Dec 6, 2018 #### Charming property, conveniently located to Upper King St. My 15yo daughter and I enjoyed staying in the Blue Cottage during YALL Fest. Just the right size for the two of us and all our things. Could add 2 more people to the mix with bed sharing. Had to contact property manager upon check-in with some questions.
