The balcony isn’t private, meaning it’s open to the walkway of the complex, so people coming up and down the stairway can interact with you. We had our 4 year old with us and it was so convenient to have access to the pools, beaches, restaurant, and golf club nearby. Our group took advantage of them all. The condo was clean and had everything we needed; and the booking process was easy. Our host was very responsive and even accommodated a last minute change with our gate pass.
