The Beat was perfect. It was very clean and modern but had authentic touches from its historic past. Super close to King Street but also small neighborhood bars and restaurants. The host was very responsive and helpful. The unit comes with on parking space but there is a parking deck about a block away on King Street. Super easy! ##### Steph B.
