You will have your own entrance with exclusive access to the apartment and parking. You will not be sharing space with other guests. The only thing I would add for guests to know, is to bring more bath towels and a broom for your stay! We had 3 adult women and we stayed for four days and we had 1 designated make up cloth and 3 bath towels (one each, for four days). We came for the beach and to do water / walking activities so we were glad that we had packed some of our own towels but something for others to be aware of! Also there was a dust pan but no broom. Coming from the beach, there’s always so much sand to be tracked in. Our last thing would be to maybe put some traction on the stairs that lead up and down to the stay! My friend fell down the stairs the first morning there and it left her very sore and bruised. Otherwise, we had a great stay and we would come back again with the knowledge we have of our first stay! ##### Dalayna M. We had a wonderful time staying at this property on our recent trip to Charleston. It was a great central location for all the things we wanted to do and a quick drive to folly beach. Ice maker frozen solid, no reliable internet so the streaming tv did not work unless you like watching buffering, dishes were dirty when we went to use them and the makeup table light had to be plugged back in in the back to make it work. No outlet near sink in bathroom, no drain plug in sink. Just kind of strange stuff nothing that could not be fixed with a few $$'s. Property Manager responded very quickly.
